STTs Initiatives
STT group focuses to contribute to the creation of sustainable society with following 3 measures,
「contribution to economic development」「contribution to working environment/society」「contribution to environmental protection」
STT aims to develop human resources and technologies that contribute to social development
for Economic
・Introduction of reemployment system after retirement age
・Introduction of the career advancement system
・Expanding the terms of employment by taking possitive attitude in giving more job opportunities for disabled or international employees
・Giving employees more satisfaction and equalization by early introduction of equal pay for equal work system
・Decreasing the number of components replacement times by developing high durability and low friction products, that lead to extend component life
・CO2 reduction and improvement of fuel efficiency by developing coating product for plastic
・Reducing the durden on the environment by developing a coating method that leads to improve the efficiency of coating(that cut down the amount of organic solvent usage)
・Development of clean products that gives less stress on the environment(RoHS and REACH compliance)
・Cutting down the amount of organic solvents usage by actively introducing highly efficient facility and the latest technology to reduce the burden on the environment
・Total automation of surface treatment process (Standardization of the process and enhancing the productivity)
・Industrial collaboration with high school and university(domestic and international),collaborative development by personnel exchange
・Contribution to economical development of developing countries by actively using materials produced overseas
・Introducing MES(Manufacruring Execution System)
STT group works on social contribution activity and adjusting working environment to provide everyone fair and healthful life

・Non-inclusion of conflict minerals ( that may lead to be the capital source of armed group that is involved in conflict or civil war, causing serious violatioon of human rights )
・Providing antibacterial treatment processed partation for evacuation site
・Etablishing some days that paid time off is encouraged
・Introducing financial support system for medical checkup
・Installing AEDs
・Encouraging employees to take a course for their skill improvement and qualification acquisition ,and giving them some financial support
・Holding technical workshop cooperated with equipment manufacturer(to bring up employees to be able to solve a problem and contribute to society )
・Introducing educating program in head office (in Japan ) for overseas based employees
・Accepting a study trip to the factory and work experience program for the local students
・Participating community festival , events and afforestation program
・Gender integration in personnel system including employment and evaluation by setting common standard for all employees
・Arranging the internal system for male employees to take childcare and nursing care leave
・Active recruitment and expansion of female employees work opporyunity in various fields
・Introducing an education system which uses videorized work procedure in educating

・Reducing waste drum by introducing re-usable container
・Equipping the organic solvent recycling device to reuse weste solvent for our own use
・Cooperation for recycling of resources by properly separating recyclable waste

- Cutting down 26％ paper usage by changing the size of printing paper A4 to B5
- Introduction of energy-efficient air conditioner in the office
- Reducing paper medium and package in sales order operation
- Reducing the amount of paper usage by computerizing the site report and introducing tablet-type devices
- Introducing LED light
・Promoting our own products which is low VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds),leads to decrease CO2,improves fuel efficiency,and has longer operationg life
・Reducing CO2 generation and energy by recommending telework and online meeting
・The establishment of water-based(solvent-free) painting method
・Product development to be adopted in EV,FCV cars
・Contribution to support groups
Global Gaols to aim a better and more sustainable future by 2030 written in "The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" adopted by all United Nations Member States on September in 2015. At its heart are the 17 goals and 169 targets and pledges to "leave no one behind" on Earth.
